1.) Day-of Coordination :: Starting at $600

You have all your ducks in a row, now you just need someone to swing in and make it all happen for you so you can have a stress-free, perfectly enjoyable day with your loved ones!

Services include but are not limited to...

Prior to Wedding Day

·         Meet with the bride and groom two times with no maximum time limit.  The purpose of the first meeting is to catch the vision and overall feel of your wedding and theme.  The purpose of the second meeting is to discuss final details and make sure everything is covered and lined up
·         Unlimited phone and e mail correspondence
·         Make contact with all vendors involved to align services
·         Visit the venue ahead of time.  This is not a requirement, but strongly preferred.  A lot of times brides prefer it as well, so we can walk through placement and details together
·         Create a detailed timeline of rehearsal and day-of activities to share with you and your wedding party and family
·         Attend and help coordinate rehearsal


Wedding Day

·         Set up ceremony and reception venues to include tables, chairs, linens, and all décor
·         Instruct the multiple vendors where to set up upon arrival
·         Accept deliveries
·         Manage the timeline throughout the day to include pictures, start of ceremony, and all reception milestones
·         Place table numbers, place cards, favors, toasting glass, and service set per your instructions
·         Oversee ushers and guest book attendants
·         Send bridal party down the aisle (to include grandparents and parents)
·         Assist guests with anything, if needed
·         Be the go-to person to field questions, concerns, and/or issues throughout the day and evening


2.) Wedding Planning :: Starting at $1,100

You need a some guidance (okay let's be honest, you have little to no idea what you're doing).  From the moment you say "yes", Violet Hills can help with the theme and design of your big day all the way through whisking you off at the end of the part-ay.

Services include but are not limited to...

·         Provide ideas and help you come up with your décor, placement, theme, and logistics
·         Provide overall support and guidance with decisions throughout the planning stage
·         Make contact with all vendors involved to align services 
·         Visit the venue ahead of time.  This is not a requirement, but strongly preferred.  A lot of times brides prefer it as well, so we can walk through placement and details together
·         Create a detailed timeline of rehearsal and day-of activities to share with you and your wedding party and family
